With small trailers like this, most folks when camping will set up and EZ-UP style canopy and folding table outside of the trailer for cooking, dishes, and hanging out with friends and family. New LED multi-direction aim able lights are located throughout the trailer. new extra-thick, extra-long (36"x80") Twin XL mattress is included, with new sheets and bedding including pink checkerboard duvet, bed pillow, accent pillows and some staging items (not all in the pictures) is included with trailer purchase. The taillights have been rewired, tested, and run off standard 4-flat trailer connector. new tongue jack crank has been installed, with the foot pad, and raises and lowers the trailer with minimal effort.
