1952 44' Ventoura Penthouse Double Decker three bedroom, full kitchen/dining room/a bathroomliving roomNeeds work. All original, missing one door, some body damage, most of body is in very good repairable condition. Frame is very solid, brakes are all there and will work with good cleaning and new wiring. Tire are three years old. Was towed to it's current location three years ago.There is one large leak that has done some interior damage but very repairable, has damaged the original paneling in that area at the stairwell up to the second level. Some paneling is damaged in the living room area as well. Needs complete interior restoration but is all original and pretty complete.
