Got questions? Ask here!
NOTE: Trailer is re-listed due to buyer who decided not to complete his purchase after he made the commitment with winning bid. PLEASE....if you are going to bid, bid to own! Have your decision made, your deposit and payment in place,  and your plan/capability to come and pickup the trailer. Check with your husband, wife, significant other, ask the dog obtain the consent of the cat, consult the stars, flip coin whatever! The trailer is listed to be PURCHASED, am listing it to SELL it, so contact me with applicable questions. If you have question, use the "ask question" system on EBAY to send it along, and include your question please don't just only ask for my phone number. have no problem with phone calls, but would like to know your question and certainly at some point, if needed, we can chat.

A request: please -  no time wasters, ponderers, wishful thinkers, etc! The trailer is looking for her new home and owner, so if you are serious about making that happen, not just "mulling it over" please forward your questions, after you have read the ENTIRE LISTING to see if the answer might already be there.

Clarifications:
1. did not do the restoration purchased it having just had the restoration completed. have included some pictures of the restoration for bidder review, which were provided to me by the seller who restored it. Bidders are welcomed and encouraged, by appointment, to come inspect the trailer prior to bidding, to obtain for themselves the answers to any questions they may have as determined by their own inspection. As purchased the trailer in its restored condition, cannot answer any questions about the restoration.

2. The trailer does not have brakes. It has 4-pin connector and is towed with 2" ball. estimate it weighs less that 2,000#, but have not (and cannot) weigh it. The interior height at the tallest is 6'. The exterior height is estimated to be around 92", as best can be measured, from the ground to to the top of the sidewall at what assume is the tallest point (roof is curved) to the left of the entry door. At the sidewall to the rear, in line with the center of the only roof vent, the height from ground is 82". The width is 87.5" which includes the two side marker lights which are 2" each. The length of the actual trailer is 14', plus 3' for the frame hitch assembly in the front, and 7" for the rear bumper extension. The underside of the trailer appears to be in good shape, but pictures are not possible (see #1 above).

3. The trailer is NOT currently tagged, but has clear Florida title in hand, which lists it as "1949 Pacific Liner". have searched on the internet and have yet to find any other Pacific Liner or the company, which believe was in Glendale CA.

4. The restoration was resto-mod. The trailer has no propane, no heat (I have used an oil-filled electric radiator, which kept the unit toasty!). It has an AC unit in the bow, under the dinette. It has two burner electric stove top, and electric fridge, microwave. It has sink with direct line (city water) connection no water tank. The trailer never had restroom and does not have one now. It has beautiful woodwork, backsplash behind the counter top, ample storage in closets, under the double bed, and under one of the dinette seats. It has single exterior storage door which one can access the under bed storage. The trailer has 30amp power cord, which can reach forward to enable one to have generator in the rear of towing pickup truck. The dinette table drops to provide additional sleeping. There is beautiful and varied interior lighting. There is radio installed in the cabinet above the sink, and there is cooler that slides out on drawer under one of the dinette benches right inside the door so easy to obtain cool beverage by just reaching in. The single ceiling roof vent is powered, and one can choose the direction of the air flow. There is nice screen door (wood) for the single entry door. The original stove is in storage here, and the buyer can take it if they want it and have way to transport it (no charge to the buyer of the trailer) condition unknown.

5. The trailer has manual red/white awning, which is pictured with the trailer at local car show behind friend's Desoto nothing in that picture is included other than the 1949 Pacific Liner and its awning. The awning slides into channel over the door.

6. The trailer has been (and remains) stored under cover. It was out last week during 1.5" rainstorm, and no visible roof leak was detected. In some pictures it is sporting fresh polish it would benefit from re-polish at this time, which has to be renewed periodically. The glass appears all in good and sound shape.

7. have taken and included recent pictures of the tires and lights. The two side rear (left/right) red marker lights do not currently work, the other lights work. The tires appear OK to me, and hold their 35# of air. do no know when the wheel bearings were last packed, but my assumption is during the renovation in 2011, just prior to my picking it up and towing back to Florida from South Carolina. It has traveled less that 400 miles since that initial trip when purchased. The buyer will need to determine, for themselves, the Pacific Liner's roadworthiness to travel to where they want to tow it have provided all the input can as to that question "Can tow it______ miles", and although would feel comfortable in hooking up and hitting the road with it today, make no representation as to the comfort or skill level of the buyer that is the buyer's decision.

8. What is included? Two manual jack stands, manual red/white awning with two poles, brand new spare tire/wheel (not mounted). What is suggested to bring to tow it home and NOT included? jack and lug wrench, padlock for the exterior of the door, pin to lock down the lever on the ball hitch, and tag.

FINALLY...
I have made every attempt to provide complete and honest listing, however certain expectations and impressions always remain with bidder/buyer, so serious bidders are encouraged to inspect so they can come to their own conclusions! Inspection by appointment availability is generally flexible.

Please review my long, established time on EBAY and my feedback rating. earned both by forthright and honest dealing, and have reasonable expectation of the same from every bidder/buyer. hope this rare and unique little trailer will find new home. lot of work, love and countless hours went into this resto renovation, and it is fairly priced at what am asking, which is less than have in it. If you find another Pacific Liner, let me know!

If you wish to purchase shell and do your own renovation, go for it! chose not to and this one is done and presents beautifully, and can be used and enjoyed immediately! am offering this gem for sale after six years because have sold the 1951 vintage truck towed it with, and have another RV for my personal use. This would be PERFECT for classic car shows especially towed behind vintage vehicle, or as backdrop for photo shoots/advertising, or as quaint little guest house tucked into garden setting. Modern convenience with truly classic styling. Cute as button, ready to ramble on to new adventures and delight its new owner!
