Single Cyl Buffalo Pitts Steam Traction engine, (16 HP ?) 
This engine was undergoing restoration about 15 years ago but was never completed. Work completed includes bottom half barrel replaced, tubes replaced, new bearings made for cross-head and big ends, new rear axles, water pump and general machine work.
The boiler was ultra-sounded and hydraulic tested to 120 PSI (In Victoria) at that time and was determined to be in sound structural condition and was ready for steaming. The engine is complete except for the missing clutch assembly (Not needed to operate the engine).
NOTE:- The engine does not have current boiler certificate and is not in running condition, different state certification and inspection requirements would need to be considered by any prospective buyer to re-certify the boiler.
ALL  BRASSWORK IS INCLUDED Injector Whistle Pressure gauge Safety valve Sight glasses name plates lubricators etc. (Boxed separately)
All gear work is complete and in good condition. (Although removed from the engine)

A chance to purchase unique and different AMERICAN engine. The American engines are much rarer at rallies than the typically common English engines, however are typically lighter, more economical, easier to operate and quicker to steam than their English counterparts.
