The caravan was first registered in October 2010 and we purchased it in October 2012.  The van is in very good condition and has been kept undercover when not out and about.Since we purchase the van, apart from regular servicing the brakes have been overhauled, an upgraded DO35 coupling fitted, water tank mountings have been modified including upgraded stone protection, Sirocco fan fitted, new 105ah deep cycle battery fitted June 2016, new tyres fitted and suspension overhauled and realigned October 2016,dust  seal to rear D/S hatch replaced.  All servicing and upgrades carried out by Track Trailer at their workshop in Bayswater.More recently we have fitted brand new fridge door.The caravan has the usual Murranji features including:-Four burner stove with griller-gas/electric HWS-80 litre 12/24 volt Waeco fridge -Sovereign BBQ-Hot shower and shower tent-Portable toilet-Portable 80w solar panel-Fridge slide to front storage box-Well equipped kitchen-Wardrobe with half shelves and half hanging space-Roll out awning-Plenty of storage  inside and outIn addition:-Powertech 380w Sinewave inverter has been fitted-Sirocco fan fitted-Shade screen to awningThe caravan is in very good condition and represents very good value at $54,500 (sensible offers considered).Please feel free to contact us to discuss in detail anything you may wish clarified and/or to make time to inspect our van. Inspection will not disappoint.
