The caravan is Supreme "Spirit" family van in excellent condition, baring some cosmetic road scuffs due to road use. Its birthday is 12 /11 /2002 and the loaded weight is 1880Kgs.The van is 18ft not including the frame, it is family van which from experience can accommodate adults and grandchildren easily  As you can see the top bunk folds up to become couch during the day so there is plenty of seating space and in the evening it simply folds back become top bunk again..  We have owned the van for about 10 years and now have need for unit with bathroom, age can be bugger, The van has always been garaged when at home and has been meticulously maintained between trips, with brakes and bearings replaced just late last year, it is tandem and so very easy to manoeuvre when connected to the car  On 09-May-17 at 07:11:07 AEST, seller added the following information:The van can be seen at almost any time call 0417184065
