I’m selling my onsite caravan situated in the Murray River Holiday Hideaway Park in Strathmerton. Annual fees are around $2500. Cost to stay each night is: adult $12 child $6. Maximum stay is 120 nights consecutively. No permanent residents are allowed. Annual fees include use of all amenities, electricity, water air conditioning costs. Park is located on the edge of the Barmah State Forest which is on the edge of the Murray River. Both offer wonderful activities such as swimming, water skiing, kneeboarding etc. Not to mention fishing either by boat or off the bank. The forest contains plenty of wonderful fauna such as kangaroos, wallabies, koalas, possums various bird species. Bushwalking bike riding is also great activity.The caravan park itself is only 15min walk from the river or few minutes drive. Plenty of activities to do at the family friendly park such as swimming, tennis, bike riding, volleyball, netball, bbq’s, playgrounds or just taking the family dog for walk. Secure park set in beautiful bush surrounds where everyone knows each other. The park even has small general store.The caravan has been completely gutted and lined with wood. New flooring has been laid. Annex is quite large and has been freshly painted. Great air conditioner. There’s double bed, bedside cupboards, 1/2 seater sofa bed large t.v DVD player on stand in the annex which is included in the sale. Caravan has plenty of storage room for beds. There’s an outdoor kitchen with hot water connected. Large concreted area which is fully fenced in. Lovely coonara outside to cosy up to on those cold nights.
