Fish cleaning sink is located out on the front deck which is fully plumbed.   Small garden shed and under van storage, water power is hard wired to water electricity meters.   
Fees:  Annual storage fees are $1300 per year, quarterly electricity fees payable.   With the annual fee you get the use of van/amenities for 30 nights per year at nightly rates, nights not used are then added onto the annual fee.  For example if you stay 29 nights paying at nightly rates, the yearly fee has one nights rate added to it (night you don't stay).
Note:  Please note the third photo shows lounge/table in van which has now been removed with new cupboards bench top installed to give more kitchen bench space. 
Van is available for inspection by appointment through the Anglers Reach Caravan Park office.
