Price includes everything but the surfboard and fishing rod.Site is available to be viewed at anytime, by contacting the manager of the park. Sale can only be made if agreement is made with the  park manager.Fees are $3500/year (6 monthly and quarterly arrangements are available)and are due by the end of June 2017.
