This has been extensively fitted out! It has solar panels (can't remember how much but enough to power everything in the house including Wacom fridge), rain water catchment into 500L worth of tanks 3x 100L bars under the home which is clever point for weight balance and distribution, and 200L above the wheels on the cabin side of the inside!

Wacom (I think that's the brand?) fridge included!
This has HEAPS of storage. It's got queen sized special hypoallergenic Wenatex mattress (that alone is worth over $6000) with silvermed technology to kill dustmites on contact, with washable mattress cover. This is lifted over WHOLE BUNCH of Ikea and better branded (can't remember names sorry) steel/wire drawers. Lightweight for fuel economy but plentiful to put everything you could think of in it! It also has two lockable file cabinets in full of brand new, some never used pots, pans, etc. It has fire extinguisher somewhere to convert it legally to motorhome but that was taken off to put the filing cabinets in and haven't got around to replacing it. It's got racks to hold guitars in place or sporting gear! carried my surf board in the straps under the bed.
Attention to detail was everywhere! This is spacious enough for one or two people to permanently live in (I did while studied for year in Sydney) and bright and airy too! (My phone doesn't love contrast and the photos were taken at midday, but if you see it in person, you'll see.) There are beautiful features like an art deco lamp bolted in, clam shell Himalayan salt lamp, designer rainbow clothes hook, fold down dish rack bolted into the wall, lockable tall safe cupboard thing, it comes with cooking appliances and everything else you'd need. It even has airconditioning! You CAN plug it in to house power too, if you end up on powered site somewhere.

The truck itself is an 1981 diesel Isuzu. It is bulletproof. Hardly been driven since full service. They don't make them like this anymore. Simple to maintain and repair anywhere you land. These things will allegedly go and go and go and are in demand, people wanted to buy the engine out of my truck before bought it because of its reliability! also put power steering in (it's beast to move in tight corners without one) but still no power acceleration or breaks, so you have to be heavy footed with it you'll get used to it quickly enough! It has been downgraded to be driveable on car license so anyone can drive it. It's not speed demon though, it goes 80 except on downhill lol!

Now the bad: the previous owner said you can run the air conditioner on the solar. He might have done it bunch of times but when did it must have blown the inverter. So bought new inverter but never installed it. imagine to run the air con you'd want much bigger inverter than mine, but it will run everything else just fine. still ran my laptop and lights and charged my phone just fine. (House batteries might need charge though, as haven't lived in it for nearly years.) The house batteries were brand new when bought it and it has batteries for the truck, altogether. The other bad thing is there might be leak in one of the water tanks. never got around to getting it checked out. Oh and one more thing, one of the water pumps need repair. was told it would only be $30 to fix but never got around to it.

This has had 2.5 owners. It was much loved for most of its life as work truck by one man either in SA or VIC, who then converted it into this motorhome. He then was too old and ill to use it so it was bought by guy in north QLD who was going to use it as mobile processing plant for his bee-keeping/honey. He put new insulation in it and gutted it and then was told that the low point of the ceiling was inches too low to be legally allowed to be used as food processing facility. So he then sold it to me months later, and put everything else in it, then drove it down to Sydney and back up to north QLD, and now here on the Sunshine Coast where it now sits in storage facility in Nambour.
Please contact me to arrange an inspection! This will make somebody very happy. Never pay rent again! (That's why bought it Sydney rent is no joke!) If you come up and buy it and fully pay for it and pay for travel expenses might even drive it to wherever you want until you get your confidence up in it (if you've never driven truck before you don't want to start in the middle of city without lesson or two first).

Oh BTW this does not have shower or toilet, though there's plenty of room to install one if you wanted. It has marine ply floor which is unique feature, too. chose to not do that because like to have low maintenance everything and why have these things yourself when there's an abundance of public/truckstop toilets and showers to choose from? :-) #vanlife lol

Please note I'm thinking about being gone from mid November to mid January so if you're interested, contact me sooner rather than later!
