Up for sale is our 18ft Jayco Westport caravan, 1996 model. 
It has double bed at the back, which lifts up for storage underneath, it also has bunk beds on one side, and table with club lounge on the other side, there is shower and toilet at the rear of the van, as result of having shower the van also has hot water heater that services the shower and kitchen sink. 
The kitchen (with full oven) is at the front of the van, the wall mounted TV (with built-in DVD player) comes with the van, as does the stereo head unit which has USB and CD functions. 
The awning and all annex walls are in fantastic condition, no rips or tears and all zippers work perfectly all fly screens are in great condition with no holes at all. The van has been fitted with cover over the awning for when it's not in use, as result the awning is not exposed the the elements, it's great feature. 
The van has served us well and we've created many great memories, but it's time for our next chapter, as such we won't be camping anymore, which is bonus for whoever buys our van, as I'll be selling all my accessories with the van.
