Perfect for an onsite AirBNB room, teenage retreat, onsite van or fabulously funky festival machine.
Something of this size at reasonable cost is as rare as hens' teeth.
This beauty has been labour of love. So nearly complete, it just needs someone to do the finishing touches.
I have not traveled with this but was towed over 400kms to get to my place and did fine will need inspection and likely new tyres for RWC but otherwise is towable.

- Fridge and air conditioner both work perfectly and are both only two years old. - Fabulous newly upholstered couch with deep buttoning.- All interior lights and power work. No idea about towing lights as haven't connected it. - All of the calico cut ready to sew into curtains. Rods and brackets all available.- New timber look vinyl for floor ready for you to install.- Sufficient timber-look vinyl planks for covering the rest of the orange laminate. - Full size double bed frame supplied but needs to be fixed to the floor/support bar or rested on something.- Have the platform for bunks.- You will need to supply your own mattresses but who wants someone else's mattress anyway.- Loads of storage- Not all the windows open but there are pop top skylights offering plenty of ventilation.- have not used water or gas stove recommend these all checked by qualified plumber before use.- cannot deliver it to you but upon payment am happy to arrange for temporary permit and towing at your expense, or can provide you details of bloke I've used.- have the window/shade piece from the air conditioner end. 
Weathertight except for the window sections at one end where the air conditioner was installed. This needs some sealing but in the interim tarp should do to protect it. Appears as if there have been some previous leaks at the other window end with bit of damage at the sill but it has been sealed and is dry.
Linen/pillows/lamp/scatter cushions not included.
