This has been an excellent van, plenty of room inside lots of cupboard space comfy bed. The Goldstream Vans are very well made get good reviews. We are selling to upgrade to smaller van that will be more suitable for our needs. The van has had no off road use during the time we have owned it was in perfect condition when we purchased 2-3 years ago. External shower has plenty of hot water, shower tent will be included to set up along the side of the van next to the shower, add your own porta potty you have every thing for comfortable stay. 
The front awning allows for shelter for outside cooking, just hook BBQ to one of the gas bottles, it can be set up as straight out awning or as shown in the pictures with roof area front wall. The side awning has C-Gear shade screens for both sides front with zippered doorways on both side panels, we often used the front panel with couple of poles to increase the size of the awning or with all the panels pegged down for privacy.
 Van tows well can be used with WDH included). It has been stored under cover. During the time we have owned it has had trip to Barwon Heads once year trip up to the Murray River.
