This trailer is located only 45 minutes from cranbourne. 

This wind up camper trailer is so easy to put up and down by one person. Tare trailer mass 480kg Axle load capacity 750kg 
It can be towed by most standard sedans. have 1800cc toyota. Check your vehicle manual. 
Large living space and huge windows for lots of ventilation and light. The canvas and interior is in very good condition having only been used for or week long trips. It still has that fresh newish smell.We are the second owners. It has water storage and outdoor pull out sink and table with room for cooking and storage under sink.Bed can be two singles or easily converted to double with plenty of storage underneath.
It has two indoor power points and we have run point power board off one of the points.  
The spring on the winder brake is broken. This is minor fault. We have used it without the spring but is easy to fix. Also the door zip is little temperamental if you don't set it up properly. It sometimes is hard to close. Please contact me if you would like more info on this.
It has been kept covered when stored and recently serviced. 
Spare tyre is unused.
There are 11 annexe poles but unfortunately don't have the actual annexe.There are lots of accessories included.
