This is 1989, 16 ft, Windsor Statesman Pop Top Caravan, It has working electric brakes, it also has an independent suspension, There are set of 4 bar level rides and set of "Clip On" rear vision mirrors included. The van is in very good and very clean condition. Since we have had it, it has been non smokers van and believe the previous owners were also non smokers. Due to unforseen circumstances owing to my ill health the van has had virtually no use by us since we bought it.. have list of Extra's that are included in the van that were not in it when it was built..Air Conditioning with handbook.Electric Brakes  with a car control also.2 12v Batteries with 240v charger. These provide power for 12v lighting and accessories including  fridge, TV, water pumps.A set of bar Level Rides.A set of "Clip On" Rear vision mirrors.A 2nd below floor Black Plastic water tank which is plumbed to the front tank and wired up to 12v pump to pump to the front tank.Plenty of cooking and eating utensils and more. The portable base for the diner bed has been made into useful fold up outside table. Each main single bed has an Innerspring mattress, clean linen, pillows, cushions and throw over on each bed as well as reading lights.A Microwave mounted on the over fridge shelf.A 12V TV mounted on swivel bracket making it viewable from any where in the van. There is Porta-Potti mounted with castors that lives in floor level cupboard below the sink.A magnetic fly screen for the door way. There is fire extinguisher and fire blanket mounted near the doorway.A "Power-Step" for outside the van door to make it easier for us oldies to step up into the van.A Double set of keysA  Gas Bottle on the drawbar Plus spare gas bottle, water hoses, small tools and other things in the front boot..The van layout has two single beds and the usual dismantling of the dining table to make up the small double bed. It has an air conditioner which is the white unit which you can see on the centre rear cupboard with the basket on top. There is small 12 volt television which together with the other 12 volt lights and appliances etc, are powered by 12 volt batteries (which have their own small 240 volt charger). It has three way fridge, 240 volt microwave, an normal size caravan gas oven and bench top glass covered, four burner gas cooktop plus grill, which are all part of the "front" kitchen. The kitchen also has an enamel sink, with matching draining bench and 12 volt powered water supply and ample bench space. There are numerous cupboards and the van has lots of added extras which we are leaving with the van, such as cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery, plastic ware, large frying pan and much more. Both beds have Inner Spring Mattresses, clean linen, pillows, cushions, throw rug each, all of which you may wish to use, and if so basically all you need to do is load your own clothing and foodstuffs and maybe couple of your own blankets and you're set to go..The van is quite watertight, as was proven during the very heavy rains during recent months. It has no water leaks or even signs of such. It has it's spare wheel mounted on the rear "bumper bar" together with two "annexe pole tubes" and the television antenna is secured to the spare wheel. One tube has the awning poles and bars etc., as well as the TV antenna extension pole. The smaller one has the grey water hose which is approx. 20 ft. (6 mtrs.) long. There are two standard size (approx. 70 litres each {I think}) black plastic water tanks mounted, one forward and one behind the axle underneath, which are interconnected with 12v pump which pumps the water into the front tank, and should give you an adequate supply of carefully used water for limited stay away from water refill point. There is no annexe but the van does have roll-out awning with the poles etc. It appears to be in good condition from what could see, although there is small tear on the front, where the fabric joins on the outside roller, that was all that was visible to me, all of the poles etc., seem to be there. The awning is not the spring loaded recoil type but it is quite easy to use..The lockable front "boot" also has quite bit of spare room for some small item storage. The interior of the boot can be seen in the two pics which show spare smaller gas bottle and water hoses etc. It has few tools and power leads, water hoses, the handles for the side wind up jacks. You can have the choice of winding the jacks up/down by hand or use your own rechargeable cordless drill and the extended rod with its welded on "Spanner" which made especially for this purpose. There are also couple of ropes in there also, together with the level rides, some tent pegs and other miscellaneous items..The van had 12 months registration  on it as of 23/02/2017. The rego plate displayed on the van in pic #4 is the old one, the new one is X83 795 which is now fitted. The caravan is situated in Corio (Geelong) and can be inspected most days by appointment, Please ring..I hope this has given you enough description, but if not, please don't hesitate to ask any questions, either via Ebay email, or call me (Barry) on my mobile -  0407 593 822.

We have lowered our asking price to $7,990.00,  or  make sensible offer.
