Reluctant sale!We are selling our on site 28 ft caravan and Annexe located at Allawah Caravan Park in Paynesville, Victoria.The caravan has separate double bedroom, kitchen and lounge area which can sleep 2. There is an air conditioner in the caravan.
The annex has been lined with timber throughout and has seperate bedroom with double bed and lounge area with modular lounge suite and split air conditioner. Large TV on wall bracket is included with the fire heater. All the furniture was bought new about years ago and is still in great condition. The Carpet was replaced years ago and in good condition. This van is comes fully furniture, with split air conditioner. It is very comfortable set up at great location with large grass area in front of the van area and the boat ramp is located 100 meters away with access to private jetty. This is family and pet friendly park which allows camp fires in front of your van.This will sleep comfortable; could sleep more if you swap double bed with sets of bunk beds. All the furniture, bed linen and TV is included.Fees are $875 per quarter and the shower and toilet block is less than one minute walk from the site.In the fees you are entitled to stay 80 days per year. For friends to stay it's  about $10 per person per night if they are not direct family. They have different rates etc if you have more to stay. Best to speak with Allawah regarding this. They also offer boat storage facilities; you could arrange with the park manager to store your boat directly opposite the van. We don't pay water rates and our average electricity bill is about $50 per quarter.Generally we switch everything off when we don't use it. By the way there is stainless steel fridge and microwave included. The front of the van has secure fence area which is great to keep both the kids and pets in. Why are we selling this piece of paradise? The kids are all grown up and we have found ourselves not using it as much we use to.
