20 ft 80ish, shower, bathr hw service, also has the spot for new toilet which just sits in there, original was thrown out, mains water connectable, 12 volt battery tray inside connected into van 12v, you could also connect solar panel to it, fridge, oven, large wrap around lounge or extra beds, Nice condition inside and repainted not long ago, outside tidy as you can see, few dengs along lower rear but nothing.
Might be able to deliver it if you needed but please ask before buying as it all depends
