This was my parents in laws’ favourite spot in the world and we are just selling due to them sadly passing away.  Perfect spot for fishing and camping with the family. Located at Woodside Beach (90 Mile Beach) with playground just few hundred metres away. 20 metres from amenities block and neighbours only on one side. Nights stay permitted 89 annually, 45 consecutive. Annual fees approx $4000, option to pay in quarterly instalments. Due towards end of June 2019. Per friendly.Price is negotiable.
