1974 Viscount Royal 16 foot. bought this van to renovate but am finding just don't have the time anymore. Needs bit more done to it.I've made the renovation process bit easier for its new owner to finish off. The van is able to be towed with permit.Roof vent frames have been replaced All drawers, cupboards, handles and pretty decorative features that are standard in the royals have been removed and supplied for painting preparationAll areas have been sanded and painted in coat of undercoat(except areas to be covered by couch and splash back)The ceiling has been removedThe roof has been re-sealedThe wooden window sills at either end have been replacedAll carpet and tiles have been pulled up1 glass window needs to be replaced as seen in photo.
