Only selling to downsize, Kids have grown up, more room than we need. 
Custom built, at the time had this built (2010), the trailers with the feature wanted costed $12K +, which didn't have, so had tent shipped down from Mackay, and had trailer custom made. 

Did not skimp on quality, or construction. On road suspension, but specified the chassis must be able to be easily converted to off road if needed. 

Recently added electric brakes (2 years ago) 

Always garaged, washed and dried after every use, trailer and tent are immaculate (we often get asked if it's new when we set up)
