Suit granny flat onsite van or repair project. 

2008 Jurgens Australia pop top caravan
This van was stolen recovered and has sustained damage to the draw bar (draw bar unbolts on these models) and bent stub axles.
it also has some minor cosmetic damage on nose panel (we have taped this up to prevent water ingress )

The rest of the van is in nice condition, it has ducted air conditioning heating water pump mains hook up, Vanity sink cook top with gas burners electric grille stainless sink. large way fridge microwave,large  windows with pull down block out shades, carpeted bed area plenty of storage,  double bed dining area also convert to another bed.
The awning is as new and also comes with full annex.

This van is an insurance stat write off and unable to be re-registered, so is suitable for onsite living ,
 or you could rebuild onto homemade chassis/draw bar and register as home made van. This is very easy process and plenty of info available online.
If your capable of little work yourself this van would stand up really nice axle drops out easily and Alko can fit new stub axles the draw bar unbolts so easily replaced.

It wont tow far in current condition so would need to be transported via tilt tray. can help arrange this if required.

Remember this van is worth in excess of $20k so if your not afraid of little work you could grab yourself real bargain.
