There are number of unethical people out there selling UK European caravans as later models then they are eg. 2001 caravan sold as 2005 model. 
These unethical people have all the official paperwork showing the incorrect year model, as they have falsified the age of the caravan when Import Documents were obtained, so all Registration Documents now also show the incorrect age of the caravan.

There is an easy VIN inspection that can be made which allows buyers to confirm the age of the caravan they are buying.
