16ft (4.88m) length, 995 kg tare, single axle, mechanical brakes, fully loaded with bikes, surfboards, tables, chairs, bbq's etc 1120kgs)This berth caravan is in great condition for the year. The caravan comes from non-smoking home with no pets. This is an English van with tons of natural sunlight, windows all around it which ensures it feels very open and spacious for it's compact size. It has double glazed windows which all open wide, with pull down block out blinds and fly screens so the fresh air can carry throughout the van. It also has amazing ducted heating throughout the van, toilet and shower and it has double bed which converts to couch area and bunks for children. It tows with an average size family car and also has remote controlled mini mover for easy parking into it's place. Everyone goes wild when they see how cool the mini mover is and how quick and easy it is to remote into place.The van is registered until November 2020 and the caravan is with manuals and paperwork. This caravan has an extremely practical layout. At the front, the spacious lounge area has two single beds or large double utilising pull out slat system. There is plenty of storage in the overhead aircraft style lockers and also under the seats which have access via doors at the front. There is fold out table which can fit between the seats and has it's own stowage within cupboard.A well-appointed kitchen is positioned in the mid-section. The kitchen has recently four ring hob (gas), new oven, electric fridge with ice box and very large stainless steel sink and draining board. There is ample food/utensil storage space and worktops. There is small rooflight situated above the cooker and very large rooflight above the bunk beds. Both have fly screens over the roof lights should you want to open them, and the large one has block out blind also.The compact wetroom has Thetford cassette swivel toilet, fold-down sink and mirror. Within the wetroom is also shower. Next to the bathroom is good sized wardrobe.At the rear of the caravan is bunk area, spare seating at the back of the van and loads of under bed storage. Overhead lockers are above the beds. Under the berths is yet more storage. This rear bedroom area can be partitioned off from the rest of the caravan with curtains, which are not in the van at the moment due to personal preference, however have them all packed up for the van.All windows are fitted with independent blackout blinds, fly-screens and curtains. There is stable door also fitted with fly screen and an awning/exterior light, along with fitted bin.The connection point of the van to car has Winterhoff stabliser with hitch head operation.The Truma blown air heating/space heater and water heater all work off electric and gas. Included in the sale is an awning in excellent condition with aluminium poles. There are extra LED lights positioned in many parts of the van for easy reading etc. There is also remote controlled motor mover for siting the caravan on even the trickiest of pitches or driveways.The caravan comes complete with smoke detector, caravan door step, aqua roll, and brand new Watermaster pump high flow hose system with new connection points.
