The rollout awning vynl was renewed 12 months ago and skirt is in very good condition for its age.the van has no leaks. The four stays wind down perfectly and the awning has walls which have never used. The electric brakes were rewired with heavier cable and drums, shoes,magnets and bearings were replaced in 2015. New tyres were fitted in 2016.The van has full size stove with 240 volt exhaust fan. The dometic fridge works perfectly on gas and 240 volt. There are two single beds that lift up for storage, wardrobe lounge and table. Mattresses and cushons are in an excellent and clean condition.bench and overhead led 12 volt lighting is fitted along with normal 240 volt lighting.there are 12volt internal outlets and 12volt external outlets. Under the rear bed is 2kw diesel heater installed in 2016 fitted with an exhaust muffler.The van is set up for free camping as follows,3x 100 amp bateries with mppt solar regulators and charged via dc-dc charger while travelling.I am including 1x 100 watt, 1x200 watt,1x100 watt folding and 1x 80 watt folding solar panels.As shown in the photos the van has fold down shower and tent with portable companion hot water service and complete vast sattelite tv system with 60 cm palsonic lcd tv dvd combo and 12volt kenwood radio. The van comes fully equipped with nothing further to spend. The van tare is 980kg and is fully registered until sept 2017
