NOW HAS REGO UNTIL 8TH SEPT 2018
1983 Jayco Finch 8th Sept 2018 rego am 3rd owner. 2nd owner had for months while he had massive onsite cabin built. 1st owner had 33 years. While first had it (they were very old apparently and had this from showroom) it got leak. They replaced half of affected ceiling and sealed the roof vent completely closed and it has some cracking on the half they didn't replace does not affect use and did not bother me as heaps of windows. The bed end flys have tears along s...eams bought it like this as open side windows anyway (only an issue if in mozzie area otherwise can open as it is only along seems and it is from the way it gets setup). The canvas was apparently replaced 6yrs years ago. It is in pretty good nick except tear at door which they taped but just looks older to me. It is water tight, no leaks and has all original parts except second owner bought new foam mattresses. They slept on them twice. My tribe and have now had five weekend getaways in it and it is little beauty. originally purchased this as had tiny mazda. This little sweetheart only weighs 480kg. tow her myself and it takes me 15mins tops to set her up. wanted bunk van however with tiny car had to go this option. My car was hit and written off and now have an old territory that will pull bunk van so would like to try and get one. Fancy Fanny the Finch has rego til 8th Sept 2017. She costs about 75 to rego think it was and she was valued at 6800 when insured her. have kids and this cutie sleeps 6. But two jump in with me and we still have room in the queen end and we leave the dining table set as dining table and my other two sleep in double bed. So it makes two doubles and queen. She was very easy to tow with the mazda and on the territory am forever checking if she is there she is so light. If she doesn't sell will be renovating her at Christmas time when uni is over into whites and timber and keeping her. Has way fridge, gas stove top/grill all working order. All electricals work. She is old and ugly but cute. She does not need to be reno she is livable as is and water tight now (see water damage from first owner who complete sealed vent om roof shut) and road worthy. just want to do it for me if keep her. have owned her since Nov 2015 and she is awesome as is. Great for families and single mummas!! One person setup (takes me 15mins). Also has tow rack at back to put bike rack on!! No electric brakes required either and towable by 4cyl car. Viewings available by appt on the Central Coast NSW. If anyone is wondering why the loveheart on photo it is covering one of my children's faces. Advertised elsewhere......can be removed at ANYTIME!! If sells for full price will include, gas bottle, 10m camping water hose and 10m outside waterproof electrical cable, annexe (3yrs old have never set up), fly ends (I have never set up), new fan heater and new kettle.
