For Sale is this 1993 Fleetwood Southwind 35 foot RV/Motor Home. 
⦁ RV has only 24,247 miles on it. ⦁ RV has Chevrolet 454 chassis engine.  ⦁ Onan Marquis 7000 generator has been tested and works fine and has 627 hours on it. ⦁ am the 2nd owner and only adults have driven RV. ⦁ Clear title on hand. ⦁ Non smoking and pet free.⦁ Fold out couch was recently recovered and is in "like new" condition. ⦁ Sleeps up to people in RV. ⦁ Original carpet and is in great condition. ⦁ am including smokestack only used twice.⦁ Front and back AC units work fine. Dashboard AC works but needs freon. ⦁ All inside lights have been tested and works fine. ⦁ Magic Chef stove and microwave have been tested and works fine. ⦁ Freezer works fine. ⦁ Queen sized bed in back bedroom and has under bed storage with RCA TV. ⦁ Both TV's works and bedroom TV has been replaced. ⦁ There is another TV underneath the bed.  ⦁ Battery was replaced couple of weeks ago paperwork with warranty included. ⦁ Plenty of overhead storage with nice oak cabinets.  ⦁ The dashboard radio works and the back speakers work as well. ⦁ The spicket beside the toilet leaks when the water is used. ⦁ Shower and bathroom sink work fine. ⦁ The kitchen sink faucet was recently replaced. ⦁ Ball/Trailer hitch included. ⦁ RV uses unleaded gas and gets 5-10 miles to gallon depending on weight of RV.  ⦁ Propane tank is completely filled.⦁ There is half tank of gas in the RV.⦁ The outside body of the RV has very small damage (see the photos).  ⦁ Original paperwork on RV included. ⦁ Please see photos for more details and condition of RV. ⦁ There is half tank of gas in the RV.
The RV needs the following repairs:⦁ The roof leaks. So it definitely needs new roof.  There are few spots on the ceilings inside the RV need to be cleaned.  ⦁ Original shades/blinds "may" need to be replaced.   ⦁ Front steps do not work.⦁ Needs new tires.⦁ Needs new water pump on the water tank.  ⦁ Domestic Designer Series RM 2807 refrigerator does not get cold enough and may need to be serviced. ⦁ The outside door handle on the driver side is broken.
